Assistance is on hand for your more complicated DIPs, where the answer is not readily available through the Vida website or your KAM.

The option to call an underwriter to chat through any cases you have with Vida, to clarify points or understand what is required.
How to use our Packager Service
Please call our team on 0330 053 2045 who will put you through to an Underwriter.
If all our underwriters are busy – our telephony team will ensure you get a response within four working hours.
Here's how our team can help:
Pre-DIP - complicated cases
Where the answer is not readily available on the website, or when the KAM would need to speak to an Underwriter.
Post DIP case which needs to be explained
To check any cases already with the underwriting team – to clarify points, or to understand what is required.
