Here are our current mortgage service levels. Updated daily:
- DIP Referral: 24 hours
- Valuation receipt: 7 working days
- Initial Underwriter Review: 4 working days
- Document Review: 3 working days
Get your criteria questions answered
We get it. You just want a quick answer on whether your specialist case will fit.
You can call the V-Hub on 03300 246 246 and run your client's case past one of our team. If you'd prefer, you can search our online lending criteria, or tap on MILO - our lending criteria virtual assistant - to get the answers you need.

Get registered
You'll need to register before you submit your client's residential or buy-to-let mortgage decision in principle or application.
To register, please make sure you have the following information to hand:
- Company name and Financial Services Register reference number
- Company registered address and office address (if different) including postcode
- Whether you are Directly Authorised (DA) or a Appointed Representative (AR). If AR please select your network company name
- Business submission route - via packager, club or network
- Personal contact details.
