Vida, the specialist lender, have introduced a new packager proposition designed with and for key partners. 

The Premier Packager Club offers a bespoke proposition including a new packager exclusive credit tier and a dedicated page on their website. 

Working closely with key partners, the Premier Packager Club is based on direct feedback and centred around three key principles: service, collaboration, and a unique proposition. 

As well as direct access to underwriters through their V-Hub and the Vida Service Pledge that applies to all intermediary partners and applications, the Premier Packager Club will deliver exclusive service with a dedicated Packager Support Team and clear escalation route for support with challenging cases.   

The lender will continue to work collaboratively with packagers to develop the proposition with two-way feedback loops via case clinics and office visits. In addition, the unique proposition will offer bespoke criteria and product exclusives.
